About the role

Fast growing corporate office is adding to their team. This payroll administrator will play a key role with processing the company payroll in UKG. Excellent corporate culture and growth.
Responsibilities: Processing payroll, tax activities and reporting utilizing UKG.Working nationally in payroll processing, audit, and reporting activities for weekly and biweekly payrolls for all levels of employees. Strong communicator by phone and email answering questions from employees and providing a high quality of customer service and resolves employee issues. Familiar with federal and state regulatory requirements offering support in resolving tax, withholding, and garnishments. Calculates and sets up garnishments, levies, and family court orders in UKG.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of payroll experience.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proficiency with UKG (formerly UltiPro)
  • Experience with a multi-state payroll.
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.
