About the role

Location: Remote — United States
Compensation: $15-$18 per hour
Company Description: WiCi AI is a systems research lab making high-performance computing available to everyday devices over Wi-Fi. Our first product, WiCi One, is a wireless GPU hub that lets devices like laptops and phones access shared computing power for AI, gaming, and creative work. By running workloads on a local hub rather than in the cloud, we bring compute closer to users while keeping their data on their own network. WiCi AI is backed by venture capital and corporate investors, and our team brings together expertise in AI systems, computer networking, and hardware.
Role Description: We’re looking for a U.S.-based Digital Marketing Intern to support WiCi AI’s social media, digital advertising, and online brand presence. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to turn ideas into content and campaigns, while helping build our CEO’s professional presence online. This role is suited to someone who enjoys writing, stays curious about social media and advertising, and is organized enough to keep multiple projects moving.
Responsibilities: Help plan, draft, and schedule content for WiCi AI’s social media channels. Support the CEO’s social media presence by researching topics, drafting posts, and coordinating content approvals. Assist with paid advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, ad copy, creative coordination, and performance tracking. Monitor social engagement, website traffic, and campaign results, and help summarize insights for the team. Maintain content calendars and track deadlines, assets, and campaign deliverables. Research relevant audiences, industry trends, and content opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product team members to communicate WiCi AI’s products and use cases clearly.
Qualifications: Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Foundational understanding of social media and digital marketing. Interest in paid advertising and using performance data to improve campaigns. A self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities in a startup environment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and and communicate updates effectively across a remote team. Curiosity about AI, consumer technology, and how people interact with emerging technologies. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, or Google Analytics, or advertising platforms such as Meta, Reddit, or X is a plus. Experience managing a social account, creating content, or supporting a marketing campaign through coursework, personal projects, or previous roles is a plus.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
