Hiring fails in the gaps: slow replies, missed interviews, and messy status updates. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will eliminate those friction points, ensuring every candidate and hiring team experiences a fast, clear, and high-touch hiring process. Operating at the center of our Recruiting as a Service (RaaS) model, you will bring structure, accountability, and seamless execution to diverse talent searches across technology, finance, healthcare, creative, and operations.
Why You Should Join Us:
  • Modern Hiring Model: Work in a Recruiting as a Service (RaaS) environment focused on quality and speed rather than transaction-based placement fees.
  • Process Ownership: Play an active role in building and refining recruitment operations rather than just following rigid legacy playbooks.
  • Broad Exposure: Manage workflows and touchpoints across a wide range of industries and professional functions.
  • Culture of Transparency: Experience clear performance expectations measured through real metrics like time-to-slate and response rates.
  • What You Will Do to Succeed:
  • Drive Calendar Execution: Confirm interview requests within one business day, sending comprehensive prep notes and reminders to keep no-show rates near zero.
  • Own Candidate Touchpoints: Manage candidate communications from first reach-out to offer acceptance, maintaining strict under-24-hour response windows on active searches.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Direct all ATS updates, stages, and notes so pipeline tracking and weekly reports are accurate and client-ready.
  • Manage Workflow Logistics: Assemble offer letters, coordinate reference checks, and guide candidate onboarding logistics to ensure seamless conversions.
  • Monitor Pipeline Health: Proactively identify scheduling bottlenecks, thin candidate slates, or stalled pipeline stages, collaborating with recruiters to resolve blockers immediately.
  • Track Operating Metrics: Generate weekly performance scorecards tracking time-to-slate, interview completion rates, and candidate response speeds.
Qualifications: Hands-on experience in recruiting coordination, staffing operations, or high-volume scheduling. Advanced proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and administrative workflows. Strong written communication skills with experience drafting clear updates for candidates and hiring managers. Proven ability to coordinate multiple active searches concurrently while meeting strict same-day SLA turnaround times.
How to Apply: If you are ready to make hiring orderly, transparent, and efficient, submit your application along with a brief note highlighting one process you tightened and the tangible result it delivered.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
