Role Description: The Chief Revenue Officer at marsnewmedia is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and executing the overall revenue strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. This position oversees the full revenue lifecycle, including pipeline development, lead generation programs, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives. The Chief Revenue Officer will collaborate with senior leadership to set growth targets, design scalable sales processes, and align go-to-market strategies with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing account management practices, and ensuring consistent forecasting and reporting. This role also involves mentoring revenue team members, refining pricing and packaging, and driving continuous improvement in revenue-generating activities.
Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including building and leading high-performing revenue teams. Proven ability in Lead Generation and pipeline development, using data-driven methods to optimize demand creation. Strong background in Account Management, with a focus on customer success, retention, and expansion. Advanced Strategic Planning skills, with experience developing and executing long-term growth and go-to-market strategies. Experience creating and managing revenue forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external audiences. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment and collaborate across time zones. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Prior executive-level revenue leadership experience in media, technology, or digital services is highly beneficial.
