About the role

To support Johns Hopkins University Special Projects operations, the part-time PMP Certified Schedule Analyst will create and manage integrated master schedules, develop recurring schedules, and facilitate analysis of partner business cases while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Develop and manage the JHU Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and special schedule what-if scenarios Interface with project stakeholders to communicate and integrate technical data and milestones Train personnel in the use of scheduling software and assist leadership in developing strategic data products Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline Minimum of 5 years' experience using various scheduling software tools, including MS Project and Smartsheet PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio Fluency in American English, both written and spoken, with strong technical report writing skills
