SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST📍 California Central Valley | On-Site💰 $113,000–$156,000 DOE💻 Full-Time | Direct Hire Talent Group is partnering with a family-owned food manufacturing organization in California’s Central Valley to identify an experienced Senior Systems Analyst. This is a key IT role for someone with deep Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience who can support the organization’s current ERP environment while helping lead its future transition from NAV 2015 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
What You’ll Do:
• Support and enhance the existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment• Help plan and manage the future migration to Business Central• Develop new Business Central functionality and integrations• Partner with departments to understand workflows, legacy data, and system requirements• Map and migrate data into appropriate Business Central tables and structures• Troubleshoot complex application and system issues• Create technical and software documentation• Test, implement, and train users on new and existing applications• Support reporting and analytics tools including Jet Reports, Power Query, and Power BI• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on IT projects and system improvements
What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central implementation and support experience• 7+ years of application design, software development, and maintenance experience• Strong MS SQL Server experience• Experience with NAV/Business Central tools, including tables, pages, XMLports, queries, codeunits, web services, EDI, and job scheduling• Project management experience involving software implementations or upgrades• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, food manufacturing experience is a plus• Experience with Jet Reports, Power Query, Power BI, or similar reporting tools• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred This is an opportunity to join a stable, multi-generational organization with a strong commitment to its employees, operations, and long-term growth.
