About the role
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Document Production Associate will focus on document review and preparation, including creating and editing legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations while managing client work requests during the 2nd shift from Friday to Monday.
Key responsibilities:
Create and edit legal documents to client specifications using applicable software
Transcribe, scan, and convert documents to/from different file formats while handling sensitive information
Produce spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and presentations as requested, utilizing advanced MS Excel functions
Required qualifications:
Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the job functions
Minimum of two years' experience in a legal document production environment preferred
Expert knowledge of MS Excel and advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality
