About the role
I'm not looking for everyone. I'm looking for people who can show up, knock doors, and do the job the right way. This is door-to-door appointment setting for attic inspections. You generate your own opportunities. If you can talk to homeowners, follow a script, and stay consistent, you'll do well here. If you can't — you won't last. And that's fine. How the pay works$1,200 per sale when your appointment closes average Our team closes about 1 out of every 4 appointments Most solid reps make around $1,500 a week The right person can earn $150k–$250k a year How you get hired You don't get hired just because you applied. You'll have to prove you can run the pitch. If you can deliver it clean, most people see results within a couple weeks. If you can't, this probably isn't the right fit.
The work:
- Door knocking all day
- Talking with homeowners about comfort, energy bills, and attic issues
- Setting inspections for experienced closers
- No leads handed to you
- Who this is for
- Experienced D2D reps who want a better operation
- People who don't need babysitting
- People who show up and do the work they're gifted at doing
Growth We promote from within. Management is available for people who prove they can produce and lead.
We do things a certain way here. With discipline and purpose. If that appeals to you, apply.?? Greater Fort Wayne Area
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
