About the role

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector seeks a Sr. Staff Engineering Program Manager (EPM) Level 6 to join in Dulles, VA or McLean, VA. This 100% onsite role oversees engineering execution, budgets, EVMS, and performance deliverables across spacecraft programs. You will guide multidisciplinary IPTs, manage risks, and deliver milestones with senior engineers and PMO coordination.
