Maintenance Technician I/III - Extrusion - 3rd Shift
Location:
Lakewood, CO Type: Direct Hire Work Model: Onsite onsite Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AMResponsibilities Independently performs repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on plastic molding and extrusion equipment. Performs mold setups, insert changes, extrusion line startup/shutdown, cleaning, and process changes. Implements corrective actions, engineering changes, documentation, training, and equipment improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of direct plastic processing experience, including injection molding, plastics processing, plastic extrusion, tooling, and assembly. Hands-on injection molding and plastic extrusion set-up experience. Advanced troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and networking systems.
