Description: Provide Tier 2-level support to end-users for desktop systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently within SLA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.3+ years of experience in desktop/help desk support roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD user management.
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Service
  • Now or Zendesk.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation preferred.
