Mosaic in Colorado is seeking Home Providers to welcome individuals with intellectual disabilities into their home and life. You will help create a safe, valued, and connected living environment, matching individuals based on interests and support needs. Responsibilities include daily living support, medication assistance, community engagement, transportation, and documenting progress with Mosaic. Training and ongoing support are provided to help both providers and individuals thrive.
