Job Description
Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
- Some work experience in a dispatching role preferred
- Ability to speak on the telephone or two-way radio using the English language.
- Ability to type 45 words per minute.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as warranty requirements and client specific billing requirements.
- Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence using the English language.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, both whole numbers and fractions.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hand and arms, and type. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
