Legal Growth & Solutions Partner

About the role
Role Description:
The Legal Growth & Solutions Partner is a remote, performance-based role responsible for introducing Deepr Convos to boutique and mid-sized law firms. You will identify firms drowning in administrative friction, open doors with firm leadership, and work directly alongside the founder to turn conversations into long-term accounts. Your value isn't cold-calling scripts; it’s your industry credibility, your ability to diagnose broken firm workflows, and the trust you've built with decision-makers.
What You’ll Do:
Identify law firms in your network struggling with intake lag, fragmented software, manual billing, or administrative drag. Open direct conversations with managing partners, COOs, CFOs, and practice leaders. Diagnose operational friction points where disconnected tools and manual admin cost the firm billable time or revenue. Bring Deepr Convos into the room and co-lead product demonstrations with the founder. Guide opportunities through follow-up to a signed agreement. Provide direct feedback from firm leadership to influence the product roadmap. Qualifications Firsthand Legal Industry Experience: Background in legal operations, senior paralegal work, litigation support, or legal tech sales (eDiscovery, practice management, legal SaaS). Firm Access & Trust: Direct access to managing partners, COOs, CFOs, or practice group leaders who take your calls and trust your advice. Workflow Literacy: Clear understanding of how law firms actually function—intake friction, billing realization, matter management, and court deadlines. Autonomy: Comfort working independently in an entrepreneurial environment, managing your own pipeline, and closing deals without micromanagement. Allergy to Hype: Ability to speak frankly with skeptical attorneys and clearly explain how automation solves real business problems.
Compensation:
Uncapped, performance-based compensation featuring an aggressive upfront commission and a recurring revenue share on every account you bring in. Terms and tier structures are discussed directly during the intro conversation.
How to Apply: Send a brief introduction covering:1.
Your background:
Your experience inside law firms or legal tech, and the types of firms and decision-makers you work with.2. The mission: What excites you about helping modern law firms cut through the noise and actually adopt AI.3. Trust: Why managing partners and firm leaders trust your judgment, and a concrete example of how you’ve earned and protected that trust in your career.4. Human verification: Proof that you’re human. Automated applications or AI agent submissions without explicit disclosure are automatically disqualified.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
