About the role
Sr. Director Of Human Resources Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Sr. Director of Human Resources to lead and advance the talent development, engagement and employment enrichment programs for Culver Franchising System. This person will oversee the functions, team and programs aimed at the full spectrum of the team member lifecycle including recruiting, growth and development, team member relations and inclusion, engagement, retention and performance optimization. Responsible to demonstrate and promote Culver's core values and culture. Develop and Lead People Strategies that Support Team Members and Business Performance Develop and support enterprise talent and workforce strategies that ensure the organization has the leadership, talent, and capabilities necessary to achieve current and future business objectives Serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to senior leaders and teams, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, and change leadership Lead organizational design and effectiveness initiatives that improve structure, processes, decision-making, and overall business performance Oversee talent acquisition strategies and processes that attract, select, and onboard high-quality talent while enhancing the candidate experience and supporting organizational growth Lead enterprise initiatives that strengthen team member engagement, retention, recognition, and organizational culture while fostering a high-performing and team member-centered workplace Serve as a senior leader within the HR Business Partner environment, fostering strong business partnerships and guiding the development and implementation of workforce and talent strategies across the organization. Champion an inclusive workplace culture that values diverse backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and ideas while promoting belonging and equitable opportunities for all team members Support team member growth and development programs and succession planning strategies that build organizational capability, accelerate individual growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning Direct compensation and rewards strategies that ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing compensation, incentive, benefits, and total rewards programs that support talent attraction, retention, engagement, and business performance. Utilize workforce analytics, organizational metrics, and external market data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform business and talent decisions Conduct research and analysis of workforce, talent, and organizational trends to proactively identify opportunities and risks Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations while mitigating organizational risk Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of HR systems, technologies, and processes to enhance operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and team member experience Maintain expertise in emerging human resources trends, best practices, technologies, and workforce strategies to continuously improve organizational effectiveness Build Trusted Relationships that Advance Culver's Culture and Mission Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and franchisees by providing strategic human resources consultation and business-focused solutions Foster strong, collaborative relationships that support Culver's mission, values, culture, and long-term success Inspire and model Culver's culture and displayed values through leadership, communication, and decision-making Provide coaching, guidance, and support related to team member relations, performance management, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and organizational challenges Partner with franchisees and operators to provide human resources expertise, best practices, and workforce solutions that support operational effectiveness and team member success Provide executive coaching and leadership consultation to enhance individual and team effectiveness Lead, Develop, and Inspire High-Performing Teams Lead, develop, and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, engagement, continuous improvement, and professional growth Build organizational capability through effective talent assessment, succession planning, coaching, and leadership development practices Lead change management initiatives that align teams, inspire innovation, increase agility, and drive successful adoption of organizational priorities Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance standards while promoting a culture of continuous feedback and development Manage departmental budgeting, resource planning, and operational priorities to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources Drive results through effective communication, strategic planning, thoughtful decision-making, and a commitment to excellence
