This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong typing skills, solid Microsoft Excel experience, and a track record of managing confidential information under deadlines. No prior corporate experience required — we welcome candidates from administrative, clerical, or customer service backgrounds looking to grow their data entry skills. Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems Review source documents for accuracy and completeness prior to entry Identify and correct data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Generate reports and retrieve information as requested Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer data Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly deadlines Follow established data management policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field preferred Fast, accurate typing skills (typing test may be required) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Work Environment Full-time or part-time schedule available Office-based, hybrid, or remote depending on business needs Standard business hours with occasional overtime Role requires both sitting and standing J-18808-Ljbffr
