About the role

Innovation Learning Inc. is hiring a Resilience Coach for the 2026-2027 school year at Thornton Central Elementary School in Thornton, NH. The role runs Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–5:00 PM, delivering mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support to students. Ideal candidates enjoy working with school-age children, communicate well, and are committed to youth development. CPR/First Aid is preferred. Pay ranges from $20–$24 per hour, based on experience.
