About the role

Dell Technologies is seeking Engineering Co-ops in Wisconsin for its 2027 co-op program. You will perform Form/Fit/Function analysis on enterprise hardware in lab and factory settings, identify root causes, and conduct precision dimensional inspections using CMMs, 3D scanners, and calipers. You will gain hands-on experience with metrology tools, optical microscopes, 3D CT X-ray, and failure analysis techniques to support data-driven decisions.
