About the role
- Core Mathematics Curriculum: We develop and deliver high-quality, standards-aligned core mathematics instructional programs for high school and pre-college education. Our curriculum solutions help schools and districts deliver rigorous, engaging mathematics instruction aligned with their instructional goals and state standards. As BW Walch looks to the future, we're focused on building on this strong foundation, expanding the reach and impact of our offerings, and using technology thoughtfully to better serve educators. We're looking for a Director of Product Development to help lead that next chapter. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, this role will lead BW Walch's product vision and strategy across our OGAP Professional Learning, core curriculum business, and the digital platforms that support them. The Director will develop a unified product roadmap that connects customer needs, market opportunities, and revenue goals. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Initially, the Director will work with a lean internal structure, leveraging freelancers, subject matter experts, developers, and external partners to execute the product roadmap efficiently. As the company grows, the Director will help shape the capabilities and resources needed to support our future.

- Comprehensive benefits package
- Paid time off
- 8 paid holidays
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
