About the role

CWI has been in the IT asset disposition and enterprise hardware remarketing business for 30 years. We work with some of the largest financial institutions, leasing companies, MSPs, and VARs in the country. We process high volumes of enterprise equipment across three facilities and track every asset on a proprietary platform that gives our clients a level of audit transparency no one else in the industry can match. We are hiring our first dedicated Marketing Director. What this role actually isThis is not a social media management job. It is not running campaigns from a checklist. We want someone who understands how a complex B2B services business works, knows what differentiates it, and can translate that into language that earns attention and trust from sophisticated buyers -- across a website, an email sequence, a LinkedIn post, and a one-pager for a bank relationship manager. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team. What you will own Brand positioning and messaging across two distinct buyer audiences: channel partners (MSPs, VARs, lessors) and secondary market buyers Website content on a Webflow rebuild -- you publish directly, no ticket filing Thought leadership and content: LinkedIn, case studies, white papers, industry commentary Sales enablement: one-pagers, capability briefs, outbound sequence copy for our BD team Paid digital: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads -- you read the data and make the calls
What we are looking for:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with technical products or services
  • Someone who has worked inside an operating company, not just an agency
  • Strong writer who can simplify complex operational capability into clear business language
  • Comfortable running paid digital campaigns and evaluating performance against real outcomes
  • Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight after learning the business
Nice to have: ITAD, managed services, enterprise IT, leasing, or financial services background. Familiarity with MSP/VAR channels. Experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or Webflow. The details
Base salary: $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience
Profit sharing after one year Remote within the U.S.; occasional travel to facilities, partner meetings, and conferences Full benefits If you are a marketer who wants to own the function, work close to leadership, and build something real in a niche you can actually become an expert in -- send a note directly to. We respond to every serious inquiry.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
