About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President, Engineering Services to lead and be accountable for the delivery, quality, and economics of its engineering organization. This senior leadership role is pivotal in setting and maintaining the technical service delivery model, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of client environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of engineering teams, including 24x7 NOC/operational engineering, escalated engineering, project engineering, and tooling, and must be adept at both strategic and operational aspects of the business. Key responsibilities include leading the engineering organization, owning major incident and change management processes, defining and monitoring engineering KPIs, and driving a structured shift-left delivery model. The role also involves representing the engineering organization to client sponsors, partnering with sales and account management, and aligning security operations with engineering processes. Applicants for the Vice President, Engineering Services position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a related technical degree, and at least 12 years of progressive IT experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in a managed services provider or multi-client service delivery environment is essential, with a strong preference for those who have supported legal, accounting, consulting, or other professional services clients. The role requires a deep understanding of ITIL-aligned processes, hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, and a strong technical background across enterprise infrastructure.
