Role Description: The Order Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Byron Center, MI. This role is responsible for processing customer orders accurately, tracking order status, and ensuring timely fulfillment. Daily tasks include verifying order details, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance, and resolving any order-related issues. The specialist will communicate directly with customers regarding order confirmations, shipment information, and changes, while maintaining detailed records in the company’s systems. This position also supports continuous improvement of order workflows and contributes to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Order Management and Order Processing skills, including experience working with order entry and tracking systems. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support process improvements. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders professionally. Candidates should possess proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office), and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is beneficial. Relevant experience in a similar operations, logistics, or customer support role is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
