About the role

Standard Bots is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to work on-site with a major robotics customer in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will lead strategic architecture, drive long-term product vision, and deliver production-ready fixes across the stack, including Python, Type Script/Node.js, and ROS 2 interfaces. You will spend the first months on-site, collaborating with the customer to shape platform capabilities, improve reliability, and define requirements for the broader developer ecosystem.
