About the role
Inmate Records CoordinatorThis position is responsible for expediting the retrieval of inmates' academic records (public and private schools) to prevent repeated screening & assessments and minimizing the time necessary for transferring records from various education agencies. Completion of all necessary clerical and administrative tasks associated with the Records Center, and general support of the conference center operations.Knowledge & Skill Requirements:Education Required: High school diploma or GED.Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.Other Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsTact and diplomacyEffective listening and communication skills, both written & verbal, with an important emphasis on professional, customer-oriented phone etiquetteSelf-directed with effective time management and a proven ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to multitask, perform under pressure, and manage stress while maintaining productivityExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential informationAbility to access keyboard and phone system, vocal output requiredStrong computer and software knowledgeMicrosoft O365 MS TEAMS, OneDrive, and SharePointUtilization of VOIP telecoms systemsRecord Management Databases/Solutions
