Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, developing strategies to target new clients and projects Manage full lifecycle client relationships, leading business development efforts and ensuring high client satisfaction Oversee project management tasks, including monitoring performance, managing risks, and delivering high-quality project outcomesRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering design, specifically in freight rail land development projects Experience delivering projects for major rail companies such as UPRR, BNSF, CPKC, or NS Strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
