Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on, is seeking a capable machinist to cut, shape, and form parts to customer specifications. The role operates on a 4:00pm to 2:30am schedule, Monday through Thursday and alternating Fridays, with a $23.75 per hour base and shift differential. A strong emphasis is on safety, quality, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to read schematics, and demonstrate precision, reliability, and the ability to handle
