Job Description
Pay range: $24-$26 per hour
Summary: The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
Responsibilities: * Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.* Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: We are open to hiring candidates with no oilfield experience, as long as they have some hands-on experience. Lifting requirements (please see attachment) Must be able to safely demonstrate the ability to: Lift at least 70 lbs from floor to knuckles level on an occasional basis, Lift at least 70 lbs from floor to waist level on an occasional basis, Lift at least 38 lbs from floor to shoulder level on an occasional basis, and Carry at least 70 lbs for a minimum distance of 20 feet on an occasional basis\nCompany
