The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Supervisor to oversee all back-of-house operations. You will be responsible for managing deliveries, organizing inventory, and ensuring merchandise flows seamlessly from the stockroom to the sales floor. In this role, you will lead a small team, maintain stock accuracy, and support store leadership to keep the store running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all stockroom operations, including receiving, processing, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
Train and guide stock associates to maintain operational excellence.
Partner with store leadership to support sales goals through efficient inventory management.
Conduct cycle counts, resolve stock discrepancies, and assist with audits.
Ensure the stockroom and back-of-house areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
Oversee timely replenishment to the sales floor to maximize availability for customers.
Adhere to health, safety, and operational procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in retail stock operations and supervisory roles.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control.
Physical ability to perform stockroom duties, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
A proactive, flexible, and reliable team player.
