About the role
Business Development Director We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Director to lead growth across the consumer products and packaging market. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded leader who knows how to identify opportunities, build relationships, and turn customer needs into profitable business. You will be responsible for developing new business, expanding Footprint's market presence, and building strategic relationships with customers and partners. You will work closely with the Managing Director and cross-functional leaders to develop and execute growth strategies, identify emerging market opportunities, and bring innovative packaging solutions to customers. The ideal candidate is more than a salesperson. You are a strategic partner, relationship builder, problem solver, and growth leader who knows how to move an opportunity from an initial conversation to a long-term commercial relationship.
