Seeking a motivated Investor Relations Analyst to serve as a primary contact for retail investors, manage account inquiries, and enhance customer experience in a full-time remote position.
Key responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for a high volume of retail investors, addressing account questions and resolving issues
Develop and apply strong knowledge of products and investment strategies to support investors effectively
Evaluate AI tools to identify gaps and improve customer experience while collaborating with the team to scale operations
Required qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
Understanding of proactive customer service's impact on brand loyalty and retention
Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex topics
Ability to work independently while coordinating with a team
High attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities
