About the role
Wire Masters is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to drive interconnect, wire and harness solutions in Aerospace, Defense, and Space programs across the US. You will map opportunities, develop capture plans, coordinate technical resources, and shepherd proposals from concept to production.
The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of selling DoD/aerospace interconnect solutions, a BS in EE or ME, strong communication, and a proven record of winning large contracts with primes or the DoD.
