Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Elite Network shop owners are committed to building better workplaces, not just better businesses. Our member shops prioritize leadership development, ongoing training, clear career paths, and a positive team culture where people are respected and supported. That means stable jobs, strong leadership, modern processes, and owners who believe your growth matters as much as the company's success. When you join an Elite shop, you're not just getting a job. You're joining a team that's serious about doing things the right way. This shop is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the shop owner and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this shop. All inquiries about employment at this shop should be made directly to the shop location, and not to Elite Worldwide Corporate.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
