About the role

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform SERP Data Entry; Prepares invoices, payments, and inventory reports, enter customer data and sales data, organize database, etc. Arrange logistics; shipping, delivery arrangement, manage warehouses, etc. Maintain healthy contacts with vendors and biz partners. Filing of sales contracts, shipping and related documents Monitors and evaluates the activities of the vendors & competitions. Prepare market analyses to determine customer needs, sales strategy, price schedules, etc. Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager. Qualified candidates must have:1 years or more experience in Logistics & Documentation handling and/or Inside-sales/support (preferably in Steel, Int’l Trading) Enthusiasm, Passion, Sincerity, Faith Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction, responsible Organization and Problem-solving skills Strong work ethic & team work Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Quantity - Completes work in timely manner. Ability to manage multiple tasks and organizational skills
