Are you an outgoing, driven individual looking for a rewarding career in interior design and flooring sales? Join the Yonan Carpet One family! As an Interior & Flooring Design specialist, you will help homeowners, architects and designers find the perfect flooring for their homes and businesses. Tasks include coordinating flooring styles with home colors and designing custom area rugs. This rewarding position includes a competitive base salary, plus generous commission and bonuses. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Benefits $45-$50,000/year base salary plus commission. Potential earnings of up to $120,000/year. Qualifications: Motivated, outgoing personality. Industry experience preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and share flooring and interior design trends.

Requirements: Work onsite at our Downers Grove, IL showroom. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional presence and clear communication. Learn and maintain knowledge of flooring products, manufacturers, and styles. Ability to learn and utilize company CRM and estimating software.
