You will lead a hands-on team to keep production moving, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality. The role demands a strategic thinker who can manage costs and optimize processes across departments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in management and printing operations, strong press process knowledge, and solid MS Office skills. On-site, first shift with on-call nights/weekends.
