Cushion Coverer – Upholstery At Sportsman Boats, we don't just build boats—we build the places where people make memories. As a Cushion Coverer, you'll play an important hands-on role in bringing the interior of our boats to life by transforming cut fabrics and cushion materials into finished, high-quality cushions ready for the assembly line. Why You'll Love Working Here Monday–Thursday schedule: 5:00 AM–3:45 PM Competitive pay & benefits 3 weeks paid time off Bonus opportunities Skills training and opportunities to grow Work with a team that takes pride in building a quality product What You'll Do Stuff and fit cushions according to patterns Cover cushions with fabric and securely staple materials to the framework Button and finish cushions for installation in our boats Inspect finished cushions for defects, damage, or stains Maintain Sportsman Boats' high standards for quality and craftsmanship Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Work independently and as part of a team to keep production moving What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. You don't have to come from the boating industry—we can teach you our processes and help you develop your skills. You'll need: Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand and work with your hands and arms for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, grip, push, pull, and perform other physical movements throughout the day High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual Spanish/English and marine or boating industry experience are a plus!
