About the role
Job TitleJob Description Perform specialized testing on patients referred from Ophthalmology Department who may have significant multiple a detailed understanding of anatomy, physiology, ocular disease conditions, and pathology, combined with the technical expertise, to produce high quality diagnostic. Document study results on appropriate refractive surgery forms, including a written summary evaluation where indicated. Documents all data completely and on the appropriate forms. Independently perform a wide variety of complex non-invasive ophthalmic studies on patients/research subjects to provide data for pre and post operative testing. Research studies utilizing complex, specialized, state of the art ophthalmic imagery equipment. Perform technically critical examinations and reviews consult requests and takes a brief history to identify patient problems.
