This executive will be responsible for setting and communicating a bold, data-driven strategy that aligns with customer success and company priorities. The role involves leading a team of Senior Directors and Directors, establishing performance standards, and fostering a culture of customer obsession and continuous transformation. The successful candidate will be adept at operating at a global scale, driving measurable improvements in customer adoption, retention, and expansion, and will be expected to engage with C-suite and board-level audiences with exceptional executive communication skills. Candidates for the Vice President of Customer Success role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise-facing roles, with at least 10 years in senior management. A proven track record in building and scaling enterprise-grade customer success programs, particularly in the CRM, SaaS, or cloud-based enterprise software space, is essential. The role requires deep familiarity with customer health, adoption, and retention data, and the ability to drive transformational improvements in these areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive engagement, stakeholder management, and a commitment to building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing global organizations.
