Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a seasoned Director of Food & Beverage to lead all restaurant, bar, room service and banquet operations. You will develop budgets, menus, wine lists, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across 11 outlets. The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing a diverse team in a luxury environment. Travel is expected as needed.
