About the role
Overseeing the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, the full-time Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable will lead a high-performing AR team, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and optimize working capital through effective collections and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end O2C lifecycle, including billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations
Develop and mentor the AR team, establishing performance expectations and driving accountability for improved collection effectiveness
Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation and optimization initiatives to enhance operational effectivenessRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash processes, including 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of the O2C process and expertise in process improvement and ERP systems optimization
Proficiency in financial analysis, KPI development, and performance reporting
Excellent leadership skills with a strategic, results-oriented mindset
