About Us: Darkfin Labs is a consumer longevity brand using biotechnology to optimize the human healthspan, starting with the skin. Currently available @ulta, and www.darkfinlabs.com Role The Founder's Associate works directly with the founder, full-time, hybrid in NYC. You will be our founder's right hand in operations, content, and more. That includes content-production logistics, vendor coordination, retailer and marketplace onboarding, inbox and calendar triage, creator coordination, and special projects. The role grows into Operations Lead. Who this is for Someone dedicated to growing into a leadership role within the startup space or becoming a founder one day Deeply interested in consumer beauty, science, and longevity Native to Instagram and Tik Tok: you know which brands and creators are winning and why Highly organized and able to run with a project alone once the goal is clear You will Work closely with the founder to manage and move forward high-priority projects Execute tasks on behalf of the founder: vendors, retailers, paperwork, follow-ups Manage the founder's calendar and inbox Coordinate with content team to assist creation Assist with marketing and logistics tasks We operate on three month mutual fit assessment basis. Full time return offer will come with significant equity component.
