Analysis of customer data in order to identify inconsistencies and report out findings to the appropriate team for resolution. Attends regularly scheduled meetings in order to help improvements to our data management systems, and is responsible for supporting our reporting customers in relation to escalations involving customer data issues.Proficient in MS Excel and possesses good analytical and communication skills.
