- Leading architecture and system designs both customer facing and internally

- Design and Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
- Run planning meetings and coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
- Support test and deployment of new products and features
- Participate in code reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)7+ years of relevant work experienceStrong proficiency as a full stack software developer
- Authorized to work in the United States and no visa sponsorship required.2+ years experience as a team lead / lead architect
- Proficient with web application and API developmentTS/SCI Clearance
- DoD / Defense Industry Experience
- Experience architecting systems for real-time data, high-performance visualization, and/or distributed computing.
- Air Force experience
- Deep expertise in full-stack application development: C# (.NET Core), JavaScript/TypeScriptFamiliarity with containerized deployment, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud/on-prem architectures.
- Consulting experienceStrong understanding of UI/UX principles, reusability, and user-centric workflows in enterprise environments.
