About the role
Supporting the end-to-end analytical and AI enablement workstream for global Commercial systems, the full-time Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI will build trusted datasets, deliver predictive AI solutions, and ensure data quality while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Build and govern customer data assets by defining source-of-truth datasets and ensuring data quality monitoring
Prototype and evaluate generative AI use cases to enhance commercial enablement with clear guardrails and human validation
Define and standardize KPI frameworks, translating business needs into usable data models for stakeholders
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing/customer analytics, including hands-on CRM/lifecycle measurement
Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale, complex datasets
Proven experience with Alteryx Designer for building and optimizing data workflows
Strong knowledge of Orthopaedics products and procedures
Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority
