You will help to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and as necessary, cook and supervise food service staff. Follow all health, sanitary, infection control policies, and food service department polies and procedures.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Must possess a High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Must possess SERV safe certification with Food Handler level II or similar food safety certification per state specific requirement.
  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
  • Previous cooking and supervisor experience preferred.
  • CDM preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
