About the role

2CT Sales Co. runs dedicated, in-office closing floors in South Africa. We have 150 seats ready right now, fully equipped and staffed by trained Operators, and we are hiring the person who fills them with US campaigns.
The role: You own the US. Every client, every campaign, every relationship. You report directly to the CEO and you have full autonomy to build the US book your way: who to target, how to sell it, how each campaign is structured and who you hire around you as it grows.
What you will do: Bring US clients onto the floor, starting with the relationships you already hold Scope and price campaigns across outbound sales, appointment setting, customer retention and inbound Run the full cycle from first conversation to signed contract to campaign launch Stay the senior relationship holder on every US account once it is live Build the US pipeline, forecast and team as the seats fill Feed what US buyers want back into how we train and run the floor What you must already haveA current business development, sales director or partnerships role selling managed sales or customer experience services to US companies Live relationships with US decision makers who buy these services and will take your callA track record of closing multi-seat campaigns and growing them after launch Working knowledge of US buyer requirements: GDPR, FCA and Ofcom rules, procurement and security reviews Comfort leading commercial negotiations at board level The appetite to build from a blank page with no playbook handed to you What you get 150 equipped seats that can go live as soon as you sign a client Trained Operators, live coaching, recorded call QA and daily AI roleplay drills already runningA direct line to the CEO with no layers between you and a decision Compensation built around the book you bring, agreed directly with the CEO
