About the role
To support a growing Buyer Experience Squad, the full-time Technical Account Executive will manage high-intent inbound opportunities, build on existing sales playbooks, and run experiments to enhance customer engagement, all while working remotely within the Americas Time Zones.
Key responsibilities
Work with high-intent inbound opportunities from enterprise logos and high-growth companies
Validate, iterate, and scale existing playbooks based on early wins and hypotheses
Document learnings to contribute to the evolving team playbook and prevent customer churn
Required qualifications
Experience building new roles, teams, or functions from the ground up
Strong customer focus with the ability to engage with both technical engineers and newer developers
Scientific mindset with a focus on testing, measurement, and iteration
Technical proficiency to discuss infrastructure, APIs, and email deliverability credibly
Willingness to travel for conferences, prospecting, and team events
