This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a schedule that offers more flexibility.
What You'll Do:
As a Recruiter, you'll play an important role in connecting great people with great opportunities. You'll:
- Recruit, interview, and qualify candidates for open positions
- Source candidates through job boards, our applicant database, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
- Match candidates with positions based on their experience, skills, availability, and career goals
- Communicate with candidates by phone, text, and email
- Coordinate interviews, job offers, start dates, and follow-up
- Work closely with our staffing team to fill client openings quickly and successfully What We're Looking For Previous recruiting experience is required. We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable talking with people all day
- Experienced in recruiting, interviewing, and candidate sourcing
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Persistent, responsive, and comfortable with a fast pace
- A strong communicator who knows how to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable using recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, and job boards
- Motivated by results and enjoys the challenge of finding the right person for the right opportunity Schedule & Compensation 25–30 hours per week Our ideal schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, but we're willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
Pay:
