The successful candidate will be responsible for all revenue-generating and customer-facing commercial functions, including sales, customer success, and marketing. This role demands a leader who can own the full revenue engine, from new business sales to expansion and retention, and who is adept at building and leading high-performing teams. The CRO will be instrumental in setting and executing the go-to-market strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and driving rapid, sustainable revenue growth in a subscription/SaaS model. Applicants for the Chief Revenue Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of commercial executive leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in restaurant, hospitality, or food service technology/SaaS. A proven track record of delivering rapid revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment and experience in a PE-backed setting are essential. The role requires a deep understanding of subscription economics, an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach, and an established network within the industry. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, tech-savvy, and possess executive presence with boards, investors, and enterprise customers. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is a plus.
