Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Rosemont, Illinois - hybrid
Type: Contract to hire
Rate: $62/hr W2; $130,000 conversion salary
Day-to-Day: Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications across the full product lifecycle. Build modern front-end solutions using Next.js and Type Script. Develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and Azure Functions using. NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.Design and integrate scalable microservices and distributed systems with CRM, ERP, Oracle, and third-party platforms. Partner with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, architects, DBAs, developers, and vendors to define and deliver solutions. Take ownership of assigned initiatives, establish delivery plans, and drive projects through completion. Create system designs, programming specifications, technical documentation, and database structures. Lead project teams when needed, delegate work, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate milestones to stakeholders. Support production applications and troubleshoot complex performance, reliability, and data-quality issues. Improve application observability, monitoring, automation, CI/CD, deployment practices, and operational maturity. Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical-design discussions, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement. Mentor junior and mid-level developers and reinforce technical standards and best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.8+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise applications within corporate or consulting environments.6+ years of hands-on experience developing modern web applications using Next Js and Type Script.6+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services using. NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Azure Functions. Strong experience designing, building, and consuming scalable microservices and distributed systems. Experience integrating enterprise applications with external systems such as CRM platforms, ERP systems, Oracle databases, and third-party APIs. Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server 2019+, Azure SQL, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning. Experience with Entity Framework Core and modern data access patterns. Experience building and supporting cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure. Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code concepts. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, security best practices, and system scalability. Experience implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies. Demonstrated ability to independently design, develop, test, and deliver complex features and solutions with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning, grooming, and technical design discussions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams. Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices. This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision
